MIDDLE ATLANTIC – Client Federal Government civilian employee was issued Letter of Intent (LOI)/Statement of Reasons (SOR) under the Adjudicative Guideline for F – Financial Considerations after having three real estate properties (one residential and two investment) fall into foreclosure/short-sale as well as having a Judgment issued by one of the properties “property owner association” for falling behind on debts totally approximately $295,000.00. After submission of a written response to the SOR demonstrating the substantial efforts that the client had made, even though there remained outstanding balances on a number of the accounts, the Central Adjudication Facility issued a “Conditional” granting of the clearance.
