SOUTHWEST – Client had just received notification of declination of an interim clearance as a Defense Contractor when offered a position with the FBI. Upon then being retained, we assisted the client in satisfactorily addressing, answering, and mitigating all the concerns raised by DoD in their declination of the clearance to assist the client in obtaining approval for the security clearance by the FBI without the necessity of receiving a Statement of Reasons (SOR) or similar procedure by the FBI.
