Navy E-6 tested positive on a check-in urinalysis test at his new training command. His case was referred to an administrative separation board where he faced the possibility of discharge and the loss of veterans benefits. At the board, JAG Defense presented a compelling case attacking the sufficiency of the government’s evidence of wrongful drug use and highlighting our client’s otherwise exceptional military record. Result: The Board voted 3-0 for No Misconduct and Retained our client.
