Pacific: Naval Officer received a Statement of Reasons (SOR) alleging financial considerations for significant financial debt and failure to disclose them on the SF-86.  JAG Defense assisted with SOR Response and successfully demonstrated that disclosures of the debt had been previously made and mitigated concerns the adjudicators had with the debt.  Clearance retained.

SOUTHEAST:  Contractor received Supplemental Information Request, seeking information regarding an alleged failure to report foreign contacts/family members and change in marital status, after receiving a job offer contingent upon having a clearance.  JAG Defense successfully assisted client respond and demonstrate that there had been no failure to report, thereby mitigating adjudicator’s concerns.  TS/SCI Clearance retained.

MIDATLANTIC:  Navy Officer received Statement of Reasons alleging a failure to disclose delinquent accounts on SF-86 and during interview with OPM Investigator.  We successfully assisted client to respond by acknowledging the identified accounts and demonstrating that they had been unintentionally omitted.  Secret Clearance retained.
