MIDDLE ATLANTIC – Client previously declined interim for clearance as a government employee due to Adjudicative Guideline F – Financial Considerations following Bankruptcy due to aftereffects of 9/11 impact on Defense Contractors and tax indebtedness as well as errors made on SF86, Questionnaire for National Security Positions. Client contacted JAG Defense about two years ago to discuss potential for getting a clearance again in the future. Client eventually offered another government employee position and this time, with assistance from JAG Defense was successful in obtaining favorable interim decision, permitting client to commence work, and then receiving final favorable clearance.
