Sr. Department of Justice Employee Retains Clearance After False Info

WASHINGTON DC – Senior Department of Justice Federal government employee issued Statement of Reasons (SOR) as the result of an Office of Inspector General Report listing concerns under Adjudicative Guidelines E – Personal Conduct, for allegedly deliberately providing false or misleading information concerning relevant facts to an investigating official, pattern of dishonesty, pattern of rule violations related to nepotism and favoritism resulting in unauthorized preferences or advantages and use of public office for private gain.  After submitting a response to the adjudicating official the client’s clearance was reinstated.
